CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Once order is placed and confirmed, there will be no cancellations unless due to unavailability of goods. In this case, we will refund the amount paid.
PRICE
The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order, plus the cost of Shipping and Handling. Errors and Omissions are excluded, we reserve the right not to send an item if we make a pricing error. Sometimes we sell the same items at different prices elsewhere. We reserve our right to do this.
DAMAGES AND MANUFACTURER DEFECTS
We must be notified within 7 days if you find a fault or defect with an item you have received. Once returned to us, we will either exchange the item or refund your purchase accordingly. We can only refund to the Paypal account that used to make the purchase. We will need proof of your purchase, e.g. an order number or address details to verify your order on our system.
You must contact us before returning any goods. You can email us on info@iethatis.com .We will then issue you with a returns number for you to note with a return and we will inform you what address you have to send it back to.
Items must be returned in the same condition you received them with all labels and original packaging. Once the goods have arrived back to our warehouse, they will be checked thoroughly to ensure they have not been used. It may take 12 - 14 days to refund your purchase from the date your items arrive in our warehouse.
CHANGES
Changes to Terms and Conditions. ie reserves the right to, from time to time, with or without notice to you, amend the Terms and Conditions for use and purchases regarding the online shopping services. Any amendments by ie will be effective only as to orders you place subsequent to ie’s revisions of these Terms and Conditions on the web site to reflect the amendments. Ie will plan to notify you of any material amendments to the Terms and Conditions, however, it is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions prior to submitting each order and ie has no responsibility to notify you of any changes prior to effectiveness of the changes or otherwise.
DISCLAIMER
Leaving the sleeve under direct heat may cause discolouration. This sleeve is not suitable for light-coloured laptops.
